Neighbourhood Policing Team Weekly Update

Wimborne NPT 🚔

This week on Wimborne NPT we have been:

• Conducting high-visibility patrols across Wimborne, Corfe Mullen, Sturminster Marshall and Colehill to provide reassurance and engage with the community.  👮🏼

• Enforcing driving offences and addressing road safety concerns 🚙

• Speaking with local residents and businesses to identify and tackle local issues.  🤝🏻

• Conducting continued checks at a property subject to a Partial Closure Order to ensure compliance with the conditions imposed. 🚫

• Our Mobile Police Station will be in Wimborne on Tuesday 08/09/26 at 11:00am at the Allendale community centre.📍

• Responding to concerns raised through Dorset Alert and direct community feedback. 🚔

• Carrying out reassurance patrols in areas where incidents have recently been reported.🚓

• Conducting checks on vulnerable individuals and providing support where appropriate.❤️

We are also aware of the recent criminal damage at Redcotts Park. This matter is currently under investigation and officers are carrying out enquiries to identify those responsible.
